    As always, we recommend that everyone take the following actions to help prevent the spread of all respiratory viruses, including the flu and COVID-19:

    • Stay home when you are sick
    • Wash hands frequently

    • Cover your mouth when coughing or sneezing
    • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces

  • 5/22/2020: CARES Act / HEERF Fund

    Recently, Tulsa Welding School was awarded $2,752,887 in Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund (HEERF) funding.

  • 05/13: TWS Campuses Practicing New Safety Measures

    To uphold CDC guidelines and maximize social distancing, we have developed a diligent plan to keep students, faculty and staff safe.

    The following changes and safety measures are required for everyone while on campus:

    Facemasks are required for all persons on campus
    Daily temperature checks are required before entering the campus

    Per CDC guidelines, those with a fever over 100 or above will not be permitted on premise

  • 4/17/20: The Houston Campus Reopens April 20

    On Wednesday, April 15, Harris County informed us that Tulsa Welding School & Technology Center is considered an essential business and permitted to hold classes for welding and for critical infrastructure. With this notice, we will reopen and resume classes on Monday, April 20.

    Campus Preparedness

    Preventative Measures
    As appropriate, all students and employees should implement good hygiene and follow these simple steps:

    • Become familiar with and recognize symptoms of the illness
    • Seek care if you have recently traveled within an affected region and are experiencing symptoms
